Free Shipping

Enjoy Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over €89 (or equivalent in other currencies).

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: May require additional processing time, usually around 5-14 days. Specific timelines will be provided on the product page.​

We will choose the optimal courier based on your shipping address (e.g., UPS, DPD, USPS).

We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO). If a military address is provided, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address. Should there be additional shipping fees, an invoice with a payment link will be sent. Once payment is settled, we will proceed with your order.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders Over €89: Free standard shipping worldwide.
  • Orders Under €89:
    • Pet Jewelry: €5 standard shipping fee.
    • Pet Home Decor: €10 standard shipping fee.
